You will have access to FHG's additional infrastructure and security features within the FHG estate, not just the general Adron estate.
The prices are slightly different from Adron’s to account for the infrastructure, FHG School, Mall, Commercial Center, etc., that will be provided by FHG for residents and nearby members. It will be more affordable for all residents of the FHG estates.
Yes, it would be cheaper. However, managing the estate would be tedious. We want to focus on our business, not estate management. Real estate is different from buying a phone, a ladies' bike, or a car—it typically appreciates in value. Since it's an investment, you can resell it at any time for a profit. Therefore, whether it’s cheap or expensive doesn’t matter; what’s important is that its value will continue to increase. The management will be streamlined. We will also have standalone estates in the future, but that will be at least five years from now, when we have a dedicated team for estate management. Until then, it’s better to use an organization that specializes in estate management and development for peace of mind.
For now, we want to start in Osogbo only. If you don't buy for construction, you can buy for investment. You will be informed when it's available in other states.
The agreement will be provided to you along with your initial payment, and a receipt will be issued by FHG and Adron on a monthly basis.
For an intelligent person, absolutely not. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Everything will be handled for you. The money you would have spent on non-wealth-building purchases is what you are expected to invest. You won't be accepted if the amount you choose is not considered disposable income according to your status or verifiable monthly income from the past six months. People who divert their attention from their core business will not be accepted.

There will be a 10% fine for the amount of the months you default.
Your contract will be canceled at the end of the third month, with a 70% refund of all your current payments, minus any applicable penalty fees.
There is no limit to the number of plots you can buy. You can purchase as many as your disposable income allows. You can also resell them in the future to help subsidize your building costs when their value increases.
We will select a day and time each week for physical inspections after lunch.
Yes, you can pay a lump sum that covers 6 months, 12 months, or more, in multiple increments of 6 months, up to a total of 36 months. However, please note that you must make your next payment within 3 months after the previous lump sum expires to avoid termination. Be sure to read our 3-month rule for more information on this.

Mr. Jagunmolu has purchased 10 acres of land with Adron, which will be used for the FHG School, FHG Hall, FHG Commercial Centers, and other recreational facilities. These will only be accessible to FHG members, and it will be more costly for non-resident FHG members.
Currently, a full plot costs ₦2.1 million, and a twin plot costs ₦1.05 million. You can complete the payment within three years (36 months), meaning your minimum monthly payment is ₦64,000 for a full plot, plus a ₦5,667 administrative fee. The total monthly payment for a twin plot is ₦32,000. Please understand that our price will change when Adron changes their prices as well, and those who do not start before the price changes will be subject to the new rates.
Yes, all worldteam and PT who have 10 or more team can choose street name or building theme according to request.
Anytime you complete all necessary payments, and if you can afford the type of building. However, mass construction will begin in 3–5 years. By that time, we expect to have many more millionaires who will be able to afford the types of homes we want in the FHG estate. We don't want "face-me-I-slap-you" homes, but duplexes or bungalows are welcome. If your team chooses a theme for your street, you will need to adhere to that theme.

Sure, you can pay everything at once. We only break it down so that the payment can be easier.
This is already the discounted price. The actual price is ₦5,250,000, and we have given a 60% discount, which makes it ₦2,100,000.
The receipt will be issued the following month. All payments made in a given month will be sent to Adron in the following month because we want to ensure we have gathered every payment before we transfer it. For example, the November payment receipt will be issued in December. You can come for an offline contract at any time. Some can be sent through the motor park upon request (you will need to pay for the transportation fee).
